We are currently looking to recruit a Mobile Plant Operative to work within our Quarries Division, this role will be based from our Midlairgs Quarry in Inverness however there may be a requirement to travel to sites across Scotland which may involve overnight stays.

You will be responsible for carrying out quarry operations and routine maintenance work. All work activities must be carried out in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Quarries Regulations 1999 ensuring the Company’s Health, Safety and Environmental policies are adhered to at all times.

The post requires a current MPQC card and ideally you will have Articulated Dump Truck and Wheel Loader experience.

We are looking for someone who is a versatile, flexible and accommodating worker who has a clean driving license.

We are currently seeking to recruit a HGV Mechanic to maintain and repair our wide ranging fleet of vehicles and trailers.  Since the role requires a great degree of independence, extensive experience in fault diagnosis and repairs as well as an ability to work on your own initiative are essential.

The candidate must be able to display working experience of HGV inspections and MOT preparation while undertaking general repairs on various makes of  HGV’s, trailers and light commercials.

You will be comfortable in an engineering environment as the job is very hands on. You will be a team player who can also work alone in order to meet the demands of this busy fleet maintenance division.

A current UK driving licence is essential with C+E categories desirable.
