Midlairgs Quarry has been a centre for block production in the past and is well placed to capitalise on the current housing boom in the Inverness area, especially as the city keeps on expanding out in a southerly direction.

Block production began in early October this year utilising a Finlay 44 egg layer and an accompanying automatic banding machine both purchased from Cootes Finlay at the recent Hillhead 2018 International Quarry Show. Both state of the art machines are producing a quality product well ahead of our expectations.
