Joss (Aberdeen) Ltd are responsible for the operation of two sand and gravel quarries, Loch-Hills Quarry at Parkhill between Dyce and Bridge of Don, and Netherpark Quarry at Drumoak on Deeside.

Loch-Hills Quarry has seen significant investment in recent years. As well as operating conventional sand and gravel processing equipment, the site has a modern recycling plant that can produce a full range of quality grade recycled sands and aggregates. Tipping facilities for inert construction materials is available and we can offer a collect service using our extensive fleet of tippers.

The quarry also enjoys the benefit of having an on-site asphalt and concrete plant which is operated by Leiths. These production units can manufacture proprietary asphalt and concrete mixes, equivalent to standard British Standard mixes using recycled aggregates.
